It’s a new month and a new world. I’m undertaking a dip into the world as a writer, what sort of writer you might ask, well it will fall into a few different categories such as Zines I make and will self distribute on here and then there are some novels that I have in the pipeline, one that I started quite a few years ago that seemed like a good place to look at and then one that I have been working on recently. It has been nice to look at the development of my work and also it’s given me some time to analyze what sort of influences I have and what sort of direction I am going with this.
As far as names I’m thinking of using a few different pseudonyms to help me to categorise the outputs such as Tom Oyster for Elixir and then Tobias Trundlethorp for Love Pirates and of course Manus Zanetti who is actually my fictional hairdresser but who is also a character in Elixir. By bringing all of these to the front I am looking at the various ways in which I can generate the written portfolio that will create the platform for my next stage in my creative life.
